  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Method
 

Prep the Casserole:
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
  3. Arrange tater tots in a single layer across the bottom of the dish.
Add the Layers:
  1. Sprinkle cooked bacon evenly over the tater tots.
  2. Add shredded cheddar cheese across the top.
Mix and Pour:
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tater tots, bacon, and cheese.
Bake:
  1. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until the eggs set and the top turns golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley if desired.
