  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Prep the Casserole:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
  • Arrange tater tots in a single layer across the bottom of the dish.

Add the Layers:

Mix and Pour:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tater tots, bacon, and cheese.

Bake:

  • Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until the eggs set and the top turns golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley if desired.
