  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large low-carb or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

For the Special Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

Prepare the Special Sauce:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, relish, garlic powder, and onion powder. Set aside.

Cook the Beef Filling:

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spatula.
  • Add onion, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned and onions are tender. Drain any excess fat.

Assemble the Wraps:

  • Warm the tortillas briefly in a pan or microwave to make them pliable.
  • Spread about 2 tablespoons of special sauce on each tortilla.
  • Add a layer of cooked beef mixture, then top with shredded lettuce, diced pickles, chopped onions, and a slice of cheddar cheese.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap.

Serve:

  • Slice the wraps in half if desired and serve immediately.
