  • 2 large croissants
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast

  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter for cooking
  • Optional: cooked bacon strips sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes

Method
 

Cook the Chicken:
  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and let rest for a few minutes. Slice thinly.
Prepare the Sandwich:
  1. Slice croissants in half horizontally.
  2. In a bowl, toss chopped romaine with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
Assemble the Sandwich:
  1. Layer sliced chicken on the bottom half of each croissant.
  2. Top chicken with dressed romaine mixture.
  3. Add optional bacon or avocado slices if desired.
  4. Close the sandwich with the croissant top.

  1. Serve immediately while croissants are warm and flaky.
