Assemble the Sandwich:
- Layer sliced chicken on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Top chicken with dressed romaine mixture.
- Add optional bacon or avocado slices if desired.
- Close the sandwich with the croissant top.
Serve:
- Serve immediately while croissants are warm and flaky.
