Method
Cook the Chicken & Bacon:
- If using raw chicken, cook or air fry your cutlets until golden and crispy.
- Fry bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.
Assemble the Melts:
- Lay out the bread slices. Spread ranch dressing on two of them.
- Top with crispy chicken, two strips of bacon, and a slice of cheese.
- Cap with the second slice of bread to form a sandwich.
Grill the Melts:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter.
- Grill each sandwich for 2–3 minutes per side until the bread turns golden and the cheese melts.
Serve:
- Slice in half and serve hot with extra ranch on the side.
