Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients:
  • 2 crispy chicken cutlets store-bought or homemade
  • 4 slices of bacon cooked until crispy
  • 4 slices of your favorite bread Texas toast, sourdough, or white
  • 2 slices cheddar or provolone cheese
  • 2 –3 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon butter for grilling

Method
 

Cook the Chicken & Bacon:
  1. If using raw chicken, cook or air fry your cutlets until golden and crispy.
  2. Fry bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.
Assemble the Melts:
  1. Lay out the bread slices. Spread ranch dressing on two of them.
  2. Top with crispy chicken, two strips of bacon, and a slice of cheese.
  3. Cap with the second slice of bread to form a sandwich.
Grill the Melts:
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter.
  2. Grill each sandwich for 2–3 minutes per side until the bread turns golden and the cheese melts.
Serve:
  1. Slice in half and serve hot with extra ranch on the side.
