Method
Cook the Chicken:
- Bake, air fry, or pan-fry your chicken tenders until hot and crispy (follow package directions if using frozen).
- While the chicken cooks, heat or crisp up your tortillas slightly to make wrapping easier.
Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay out the tortillas and spread about 2 tablespoons of ranch on each.
- Add lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and 2 chicken tenders per wrap.
- Lay two slices of crispy bacon on top of each.
- Add any extra toppings you like.
Wrap and Toast:
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little butter or oil.
- Toast the wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and the cheese melts inside.
Serve:
- Slice in half and serve warm with extra ranch or a side of chips, salad, or fruit.
