Ingredients
  

For the Wrap:
  • 4 large flour tortillas burrito size
  • 8 breaded chicken tenders homemade or frozen & cooked
  • 8 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Optional Add-ins:
  • Sliced avocado
  • Pickles or red onion
  • Jalapeños for heat

Method
 

Cook the Chicken:
  1. Bake, air fry, or pan-fry your chicken tenders until hot and crispy (follow package directions if using frozen).
  2. While the chicken cooks, heat or crisp up your tortillas slightly to make wrapping easier.
Assemble the Wraps:
  1. Lay out the tortillas and spread about 2 tablespoons of ranch on each.
  2. Add lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and 2 chicken tenders per wrap.
  3. Lay two slices of crispy bacon on top of each.
  4. Add any extra toppings you like.
Wrap and Toast:
  1. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little butter or oil.
  3. Toast the wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and the cheese melts inside.
Serve:
  1. Slice in half and serve warm with extra ranch or a side of chips, salad, or fruit.
