Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 –2 tsp sriracha adjust for heat preference
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

For the Sliders:

  • 8 slider buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced cucumber or pickles optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

  • In a bowl, combine flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss chicken pieces in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Fry chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4–5 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.

Make the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Sliders:

  • Spread a generous spoonful of bang bang sauce on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  • Layer with lettuce leaves and crispy chicken pieces.
  • Add sliced cucumber or pickles if desired for extra crunch and tang.
  • Drizzle a little more sauce on top, then cover with the bun tops.
