Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes or more if you like it hot
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk or half & half for richness
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha or hot sauce adjust to taste
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
For the Ramen:
  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles discard seasoning packets
  • Optional toppings: green onions sesame seeds, soft-boiled eggs, chili oil

Method
 

Cook the Chicken:
  1. Pat chicken dry and season with paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
  4. Remove from heat and let rest. Slice into strips once slightly cooled.
Make the Sauce:
  1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for 1–2 minutes to form a roux.
  4. Slowly whisk in the milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  5. Add soy sauce and sriracha. Simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt to taste.
Cook the Ramen:
  1. Boil ramen noodles according to package directions (just the noodles—no seasoning).
  2. Drain and toss noodles into the garlic sauce. Mix until well coated.
Assemble the Bowls:
  1. Divide creamy ramen into bowls.
  2. Top with sliced spicy chicken.
  3. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or a soft-boiled egg.
  4. Drizzle with extra chili oil for extra fire.
