Ingredients
  

For the Burritos:
  • 1 lb steak sirloin, flank, or ribeye, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil olive or vegetable
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 ½ cups frozen French fries or waffle fries, cooked and crispy
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream or ranch dressing
  • Optional: sautéed onions and peppers jalapeños, hot sauce, or pickles

Method
 

Cook the Steak:
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Add steak to the pan and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
  4. Transfer to a plate and let rest. Slice thin if needed.
Cook the Fries:
  1. While steak cooks, bake or air fry the frozen fries until crispy and golden.
Warm the Tortillas:
  1. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds to make them pliable.
Assemble the Burritos:
  1. Lay a warm tortilla flat.
  2. Pile fries in the center, followed by steak slices.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the top.
  4. Add a spoonful of sour cream or ranch, plus any extra toppings.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly into a burrito.
Optional – Grill It:
  1. Place burritos seam-side down in a hot skillet for 2 minutes to crisp the outside. Flip and repeat.
Serve:
  1. Slice in half and serve hot with extra sauce for dipping.
