Method
Cook the Steak:
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Add steak to the pan and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Transfer to a plate and let rest. Slice thin if needed.
Cook the Fries:
- While steak cooks, bake or air fry the frozen fries until crispy and golden.
Warm the Tortillas:
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds to make them pliable.
Assemble the Burritos:
- Lay a warm tortilla flat.
- Pile fries in the center, followed by steak slices.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the top.
- Add a spoonful of sour cream or ranch, plus any extra toppings.
- Fold in the sides and roll up tightly into a burrito.
Optional – Grill It:
- Place burritos seam-side down in a hot skillet for 2 minutes to crisp the outside. Flip and repeat.
Serve:
- Slice in half and serve hot with extra sauce for dipping.
